March

Follow the flow of the water from Upper Hutt to the mouth of the river at Seaview. Your group can start at Harcourt Park in Upper Hutt and ride the full 25km distance, or start in Stokes Valley for a 12km journey.

Les Mills are running warm ups prior to the start for all groups. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before your group starts for the event briefing and warm up.

Cruising It (Start 10.10am)

Riding the trail will take you between 2.5 and 3.5 hours. You're taking your time, taking in the views, and may have some stops to stretch and refresh yourselves or take some photos.

Picnic Pack (Start 10.30am)

You're riding with younger children or less confident riders. You plan to relax, enjoy the journey, have some snacks, and it’s likely to take you at least 3.5 hours.

You can rack your bike for transport on finishing and take some time to relax in the sun before taking your own bus back to the start.

Free transport is provided for bikes and people from Hikoikoi Reserve back to both start points from 12pm. Bikes will be continually transported back to a secure racked area in Harcourt Park and Stokes Valley.
